Technical Draftsman / Project Manager

Job description

As a Technical Draftsman / Project Manager at Sempre, you will be responsible for designing and managing various indoor and outdoor projects. You will work closely with our design team and clients to realize their vision.

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop technical drawings using SketchUp (required).
  • Collaborate with project managers and the creative team to guide projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress and budgets.
  • Solve technical challenges and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of SketchUp; experience with other drawing programs is a plus.
  • You have a technical mind and can easily read 2D and 3D technical drawings. Comprehension of construction details comes naturally to you.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and creative attitude with attention to detail.
  • You are a team worker, and you proudly take responsibility for your own individual tasks.
  • Open-minded and friendly, with a keen interest in Design, Architecture, or Construction.
